In preparation for the operation
No tests are required for laser vision correction, laser coagulation and crosslinking!
To prepare for the operation, only fluoroscopy or X-ray, CT, MRI of the chest is required. The rest can be done with us! Namely:
- A consultation with a therapist with a full examination and the necessary tests;
- The results are stored for the entire treatment period, and a copy is provided upon request.
List of necessary tests for the operation
For your information
Obligatory examination by an anaesthetist and evaluation of the examination results no later than 12 hours before the operation.
Preoperative preparation for surgery at the time of preoperative consultation for surgical treatment of cataracts (phacoemulsification, refractive lens replacement), glaucoma, strabismus correction, vitreoretinal and other microsurgical operations should be brought with you:
Adult department
Laboratory and instrumental tests:
- clinical blood test;
- blood glucose (sugar) test;
- blood RW test;
- Hepatitis B (HBsAg) and Hepatitis C (HCV IgM);
- clinical urine test;
- electrocardiogram (ECG);
- fluorography or radiography, CT, MRI of the chest.
Specialist conclusions:
- examination by a general practitioner or family doctor with a conclusion on the presence of concomitant pathology and admission to surgery;
- treatment by ENT (if there is pathology);
- dentist (if there is pathology).
Children's department
Laboratory and instrumental studies:
- clinical blood test;
- blood glucose (sugar) test;
- clinical urine test;
- electrocardiogram (ECG) and ultrasound of the heart (Echo CS);
- fluorography or radiography, CT, MRI of the chest (if there is pathology).
Specialist conclusions:
- Pediatrician’s examination with a conclusion on the presence of concomitant pathology and admission to surgery;
- Troatroat and nose and throat specialist consultation (if any pathology is present);
- Dentist consultation (if any pathology is present).
Clinical blood and urine tests are valid for 14 days from the date of the examination, provided that there were no acute infectious diseases during this period. ECG and general practitioner’s report – 1 month, fluorography or X-ray, CT, MRI of the chest – within a year.
