At the “German Eye Clinic,” we prioritize the continuous professional development of our medical staff to ensure patients receive the highest level of care. Recently, we held an advanced training session on emergency care based on modern international standards. The training was conducted by our experienced anesthesiologist, Andriy Leonidovych Lyashok — a doctor of the highest category and a Candidate of Medical Sciences.
Dr. Lyashok brings over 27 years of experience in anesthesiology, including expertise in ophthalmic surgery and other surgical fields for both adults and children. He also specializes in anesthesia for patients with cardiovascular comorbidities. His vast expertise formed the foundation for this comprehensive training.
During the session, clinic staff were introduced to the latest international guidelines and protocols for providing emergency medical care. The emphasis was on hands-on practice — doctors and nurses worked on realistic mannequins, simulating emergency scenarios to develop quick and effective responses.
Such training sessions are a core part of the “German Eye Clinic” strategy for ongoing professional development. This ensures our patients continue to receive world-class medical care, while our doctors and nurses stay prepared to act swiftly and confidently in any situation.
